As a Semiconductor Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. Your expertise and technical proficiency will be instrumental in achieving Honeywell's semiconductor technology goals. You will be accountable for designing, testing, and optimizing semiconductor devices and processes to meet performance and reliability requirements. Your work will not only advance our business but also contribute to solutions that address some of the world's most critical demands.
You will report directly to our Semiconductor Engineering Manager and work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development of semiconductor technologies, driving innovation and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to align semiconductor projects with Honeywell's business strategies and goals. Your attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities will be crucial in troubleshooting and offering technical solutions to complex issues in semiconductor design and manufacturing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ ASIC/FPGA Design
+ ASIC/FPGA Verification
+ Understanding and application of ASIC/FPGA process and tools
+ Work with cross-functional teams to align semiconductor projects with business strategies and goals
+ Troubleshoot and offer technical solutions to complex issues in semiconductor design and manufacturing
+ Generate detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders
US CITIZEN REQUIREMENT
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
+ 2+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering or a related field
+ Experience in advanced semiconductor design and product development
+ Proficiency in semiconductor design and simulation tools
+ Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control
WE VALUE
+ Advanced Engineering degree such as EE (Electrical Engineering), CE (Computer Engineering), etc.
+ Experience in semiconductor device characterization and reliability testing
+ Strong problem-solving and thoughtful skills
+ Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
