Speech Language Pathologist – San Jose, CA - $75+/Hr

We are currentlyseeking a full-time, in-person Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in San Jose, California.

This position offersa manageable caseload of 30 to 35 students across one to two school sites, witha responsive and supportive school district ready to interview qualifiedcandidates immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

+ Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and progress

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor outcomes

+ Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

+ Support students in building functional communication skills for academic and social success

Position Details:

+ Location: San Jose, CA

+ Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

+ Caseload: 30–35 students

+ School Sites: 1–2 locations

+ Interviewing: ASAP

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting isresponsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing anddocumenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed foreach individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Active SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-LanguagePathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

+ Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
