Adobe Target - Technical Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Adobe Target Tech Lead with strong project management capabilities. The Target Tech Lead implements, tests, and optimizes web and mobile experiences using Adobe Target for personalization and A/B testing. Key responsibilities include developing and executing personalization campaigns, writing front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for tailored experiences, integrating Adobe Target with other Adobe products like Marketo and ensuring proper tagging and tracking. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Target across web and mobile platforms, as well as Marketo email channel.
• Architect and maintain robust personalization and testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketo tech lead, marketers, UX designers, and data analysts to ensure seamless integration and execution of experiments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Target deployments.
• Provides client training for future personalization and testing frameworks
Project Management:
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of optimization projects, from ideation to execution and reporting.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan
• Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and roadblocks.
Strategy & Optimization:
• Translate business goals into actionable testing strategies.
• Analyze test results and provide insights to inform future campaigns.
• Advocate for a data-driven culture and continuous experimentation.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience with Adobe Target
• Proven experience in project management, preferably with Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of data sharing between Target and Marketo
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adobe certifications (Target Architect, Business Practitioner) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud
• Experience with tag management systems
• Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
