    Description

     

    + Conduct foot patrols and ensure the safety and security of school grounds.

    + Prepare clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports.

    + Manage traffic control and assist with access management.

    + Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

    Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years of armed experience required.

    + Valid driver’s license required.

    + Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

    + Act 67 certification a plus (training provided for qualified candidates).

    + Military or corrections background preferred.

    + Retired law enforcement officers are highly encouraged to apply.

    + Must possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor.
