CTG is seeking to fill an **AI Data Scientist** position for our client in **Houston, TX** .

**Duration:** 11 months

Duties:

+ Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and implement data-driven solutions leveraging advanced AI techniques.

+ Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI model training and inference processes.

+ Apply data science methodologies to analyze large datasets, extract actionable insights, and support decision-making processes.

+ Work with MCP Server environments to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.

+ Document processes, model architectures, and workflows to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.

+ Partner with business analysts and domain experts to refine requirements and validate AI model performance.

Skills:

+ Strong expertise in **Python** , **R** , or similar programming languages for data science and machine learning.

+ Experience with **Generative AI (GenAI)** , **Agentic AI** , and related AI frameworks.

+ Proficiency in **machine learning libraries** (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and **data engineering tools** (SQL, Spark, Pandas).

+ Hands-on experience with **MCP Server** setup and integration.

+ Excellent understanding of **data modeling** , **feature engineering** , and **model evaluation metrics** .

+ Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

+ Experience with **Oracle Fusion** , **OFSLL** , and **Business Analyst** functions.

Experience:

+ Minimum of **5+ years** of professional experience in data science, artificial intelligence, or related fields.

+ Proven experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.

+ Prior experience in enterprise systems or financial platforms is preferred.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science** , **Data Science** , **Artificial Intelligence** , **Statistics** , or a related field.

+ Advanced degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
