    CTG is seeking to fill a Real Estate SaaS Platform Architect position for our client in Houston, TX.

     

    **Duration:** 12 months

    Duties:

    + Architect and implement Real Estate SaaS platforms, including CoStar Real Estate Manager (CREM), LeaseAccelerator, and Lucernex.

    + Design workflows for lease templates, approval flows, and portfolio analytics to improve efficiency and data quality.

    + Lead data migration, validation, and automation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    + Develop reporting solutions and dashboards in Power BI and SQL for financial and portfolio insights.

    + Ensure adherence to ASC 842, IFRS 16, and GAAP standards with strong audit controls and data governance.

    + Integrate SaaS systems using APIs and ETL pipelines to streamline enterprise data exchange.

    + Partner with business and IT teams in Agile environments across SDLC phases.

    Skills:

    + Real Estate SaaS: CoStar Real Estate Manager (CREM), LeaseAccelerator, Lucernex

    + Compliance: ASC 842, IFRS 16, GAAP Reporting, Audit Controls, Data Governance

    + Technical: Python, SQL, Power BI, API Integrations, ETL, Data Validation Automation

    + Process: Lease Templates, Approval Flows, Portfolio Analytics, Data Migration

    + Methodologies: Agile Scrum, UAT/SIT, SDLC Governance

    Experience:

    + 8+ years in architecture, integration, or implementation of Real Estate SaaS or lease management platforms.

    + Proven success in system integrations, data migrations, and compliance-driven reporting.

    + Strong collaboration and leadership in Agile, cross-functional teams.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required, or equivalent experience.

    + Master’s or certifications (AWS Architect, TOGAF, SAFe) preferred.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
