Manage daily production activities for approximately 20 reports, in relation to fabrication and welding parts for heavy equipment. This includes laying out daily production requirements, and monitoring quality while ensuring a safe work environment.

Mon-Thurs 10 hours, Friday 1/2 day usually

Requirements

Previous verifiable experience (3 to 5 years min) in Manufacturing Management (Plant Manager, Supervisor, Foreman, etc.) is a must.

+ Ability to meet requirements regarding: work safety and adhere to all federal, state and company policies and procedures governing safe work practices and vehicle operations.

+ Sense of urgency, individual responsibility, and ability to effectively work with changing priorities.

+ High ethical standards and ability to function as team player.

+ Self-starter with high level of initiative.

+ Strong interpersonal skills.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

+ Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills.

+ Previous experience with welding, forming and fabrication is preferred.

THIS IS NOT A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION, IT IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS.

Employees are eligible for a full benefit package:

Salary plus for over 45 hrs. per week.

10 paid holidays + 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 18 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10.

Medical, dental and vision insurance is offered at very reasonable rates. Family coverage is approximately $95 per week.

Company paid life insurance for employee, optional coverage is available for family at additional discounted cost.

Uniforms provided. Pay is weekly. Regularly scheduled performance reviews.
