We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Safety Training and Compliance Manager who sees beyond checklists and compliance. Someone who believes that creating a safe, healthy workplace is about culture, leadership, and people, not just policies.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the charge to make Human Technologies one of the safest, most compliant, and most people-centered organizations anywhere.

+ Serve as the go-to expert for all things safety across diverse worksites, including custodial and facilities operations, manufacturing, and logistics.

+ Build, implement, and continuously improve safety programs that not only meet but exceed regulatory standards.

+ Partner with leadership to design and deliver meaningful training that empowers employees to take ownership of their own safety.

+ Conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and develop metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

+ Lead investigations, corrective action, and root cause analysis for any incidents, ensuring lessons learned turn into real change.

+ Chair our Safety Committees, lead the First Aid team, and help every employee feel seen, supported, and confident that they’re protected at work.

+ Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies, and use your expertise to make the process understandable and actionable for everyone.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field

+ 10+ years of professional safety experience, including 5+ in leadership or program management

+ Strong command of OSHA and EPA standards and experience managing multi-site programs

+ Recognized credentials such as GSP, ASP, CSP, CIH, or OSHA 10/30 certification preferred

+ Analytical, organized, and data-driven, with strong communication and collaboration skills

+ A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence at every level of the organization

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites throughout NY, PA, and DE
