Are you passionate about home design and helping customers create their dream spaces? Wayfair's Specialty Retail Brands AllModern is hosting an exclusive hiring event to find talented individuals to join our growing team in Dedham, MA (Legacy Place). We'll be conducting 20-minute phone interviews with a recruiter, and successful candidates will then advance to a behavioral in-store interview with the store manager at a later date.

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to fill a variety of roles in our furniture showroom. If you thrive in a dynamic retail environment and want to be part of a company that's revolutionizing the home goods industry, we want to meet you!

+ Full-Time Sales Specialist ($24.50/hr): Lead and coach sales teams to achieve goals, maintain store standards, and take on keyholder responsibilities. Seeking candidates with 2+ years of sales leadership experience and excellent communication.

+ Full-Time Operations/Visual Specialist ($24.50/hr): Manage stock levels, merchandise processing, and ensure an impeccably maintained and visually appealing sales floor, including keyholder responsibilities and visual merchandising tasks. We're looking for candidates with 2+ years of retail experience, ideally in home furnishings, who possess a passion for operational excellence and visual standards.

+ Full-Time Design Consultant ($24.50/hr): Guide customers through their design needs and purchases, leveraging your interior design and sales expertise in both virtual and in-store settings. This role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a strong understanding of design principles, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
