The Opportunity ...
You will work with the Customer Care Sales Team within the Protein North .America Division. Specializes in Food Processing equipment sold to the meat processing manufacturing industry.
You will report to the Customer Care Project Performance Manager.
On a given day, you may:
+ Onboarding of new project orders.
+ Review purchase orders acceptance criteria
+ Gatekeeper for order entry into ERP
+ Facilitate order kick-off meetings.
+ Issue release of parts required for projects
+ Enter work orders for field service
+ Oversee project whiteboard.
+ Lead weekly project review meetings update change orders
+ Enter and update projects' budget costs
+ Update ERP with information from internal or external audits.
+ Assign project tasks to team members and help them understand deliverables.
Requirements for the role
+ High School diploma or GED
+ 5 years of experience working in similar position.
+ Work in a change-oriented environment
+ Strong communication skills
+ Excel skillset required
Travel & Location
+ You will work onsite 100% in this role. You can be in pproximity of 1 of outr 3 locations: Alpharetta , GA., Sandusky, OH., Kingston, NY
+ Travel up to 10% required
