    _Creative & Project Coordination_

+ Partner with producers, creative leads, and project managers to track deadlines, deliverables, and campaign milestones.

+ Coordinate with Brand, Originals, and Disney cross-company partners (strategy, social, PR, media, design) to ensure alignment.

+ Assist in the coordination of 360 campaigns (A/V, digital, social, print, OOH), ensuring documentation and communication flow smoothly.

+ Track upcoming Hulu Originals release schedules and ensure teams are prepared for launches.

+ Draft and distribute internal newsletters, creative highlights, and updates.

    _Events & Meetings_

+ Organize larger meetings and offsites (50+ attendees): secure spaces, create agendas, liaise with AV support, manage follow-ups.

+ Assist with team culture initiatives, events, and cross-department activations.

+ Facilitate access to screeners and rough cuts for leadership.

    _Operations & Systems_

+ Maintain department trackers, shared docs, and project management systems.

+ Assist in providing vendors with timely access and ensuring smooth collaboration.

+ Anticipate team needs, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.

    Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

+ 2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, ideally in entertainment.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

+ Positive, proactive, and resourceful “can-do” attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

+ Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

    Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in entertainment marketing, production, or creative development.

+ Exposure to working with talent, industry professionals, and creative agencies.
