Job Title: KTLA Account Executive

Job Description

The Sales Account Executive generates advertising revenue primarily through developing new prospects and selling potential clients the merits of KTLA’s digital/linear advertising.

+ Experience in digital marketing (omni channel multi-platform), with a focus on Video, Display, social media, or email marketing (typically 1-3 years).

+ Sell digital TV advertising products across OTT, CTV, Amazon DSP, streaming platforms, and programmatic inventory.

+ Experience with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.

+ Create customized advertising solutions including display, video, branded content, sponsorships, and station integrations.

+ Collaborate with sales support, marketing, and creative teams to develop effective campaigns that deliver measurable results.

+ Monitor campaign performance, provide clients with reporting and insights, and optimize campaigns to ensure success.

+ Proactively identifies and develops multi-platform new business opportunities.

+ Support/advise customers in specific types of advertising and how we can help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.

+ Prepares and delivers sales presentations to clients.

Requirements & Skills:

+ Digital marketing expertise (OTT, Display, social media, email marketing & Amazon DSP)

+ Experience with Freewheel and Google ad manager a plus

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Project management and organizational skills

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

+ Minimum one year’s experience in sales, preferably in the media field

+ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

+ Solution oriented

Compensation - $70,000 + commission
