    Essential Job Summary:

    The Fleet Maintenance Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Maintenance Department by driving maintenance quality and regulatory compliance through expert data collection, analysis, and interpretation. This position empowers strategic decision-making and fuels continuous improvement by delivering actionable insights and maintaining precise maintenance metrics.

    + Collect and maintain comprehensive maintenance data from internal systems, external reports, audits, and inspections.

    + Verify data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms.

    + Document processes and results for audits, inspections, and training purposes.

    + Identify and highlight trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in repair and maintenance operations.

    + Engage with cross-functional teams to assess needs and address challenges.

    + Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to clearly communicate key maintenance metrics.

    + Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership and regulatory agencies.

    + Apply advanced knowledge of data procedures and database management to support reporting accuracy.

    + Coordinate meeting planning, scheduling, and logistics for maintenance initiatives.

    + Partner with Corporate and Field Maintenance & Operations teams to align data-driven insights with organizational goals.

    + Communicate, monitor, and report NHTSA, OEM recalls, and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) to field teams, ensuring timely completion.

    + Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable format to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, data management, operations research, or related field; Master's degree in operations research or related field preferred

    + Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and data analysis

    + Comfortable with database administration skills and resources

    + Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

    + Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

    + Goal-oriented, organized team player

    + Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

    + Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Pays strict attention to detail

    + Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
