Job Summary

**Support excellence behind the scenes!** As Sous Chef, you will help lead the kitchen team by ensuring culinary standards are consistently met. You will collaborate on menu execution, uphold food safety, and bring high-energy leadership to every shift.

Qualifications:

+ Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience

+ 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen

+ Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety standards

+ Proficient in kitchen inventory, prep, and scheduling

+ ServSafe Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise kitchen operations during service

+ Assist in training and mentoring line staff

+ Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation

+ Monitor inventory and assist with ordering

+ Maintain compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations

+ Support Executive Chef with menu planning and execution
