Job Summary

Job Title: Café Manager

Company: Morrison Healthcare

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Schedule: 5-day work week, alternating weekends, very few late nights, GROWTH potential

The Café Manager role is an exciting opportunity for a restaurant professional who is passionate about people, food, and hospitality. At Morrison Healthcare, we believe that great food plays an essential role in healing and wellness. As Café Manager, you will lead daily café operations in a healthcare environment, providing fresh, quality meals and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.

This position is ideal for a restaurant General Manager or Manager seeking a rewarding leadership role with more balance. Enjoy a consistent schedule, alternating weekends, and limited late nights while managing a professional, service-oriented team.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead daily café operations focused on exceptional service and food quality

+ Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals

+ Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls

+ Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

+ Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships

+ Work with culinary and marketing teams to launch new menus and promotions

+ Build positive relationships with clients, guests, and Morrison leadership

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of restaurant, café, or foodservice management experience

+ Strong leadership and coaching skills

+ Experience managing budgets and controlling costs

+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/inventory systems

+ ServSafe Certification preferred

+ Culinary or hospitality degree a plus
