Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager. This resource will be responsible for managing 5-10 projects at a time across varying clients and industries and phases within the lifecycle. Majority of customers leverage a Waterfall methodology, but internally they use Scrum methodologies, 2 weeks sprints and then they utilize the following for Documentation: Smart sheets, JIRA and Projector for various capabilities across project tracking, hours, and internal/dev documentation. 25% of this resources time will be spent with external clients running meetings, discussing updates and budget with stakeholder and expectations and the remaining 75% of the time would be internally driving the results.

Majority of these projects will regard some form of implementation of Tungsten (TTA) for documentations, workflows and automation purposes so the ideal candidate would have a background in implementing Sass based platforms into client environments. Key parts will include how to integrate with Cloud, Data and Infrastructure environments and maintaining security and protections for PII data. Setting up the authentications, testing solutions, ensuring certifications and validation.

Skills and Requirements

At least 5 Years of Project Management experience in IT

Experience supporting External Clients/Customers and working with Stakeholders

Integration experience of Sass platforms, Tungsten TTA preferred

PMP, Scrum or Agile Certified (does not need all 3)

Experience with JIRA and Smartsheets for project tracking Any experience with Data, Security or Infrastructure projects in addition to the above requirements

Any previous projects supporting ADA compliance
