    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Front End Developer in Hyderabad, India to support a Fortune 500 manufacturing client of ours to provide additional development support to their project through the remainder of the year. This is a key role in helping the Application Development team deliver success to the business stakeholders. Collaborate with the Software Development teams and other Product Owners to understand the requirements to provide development and maintenance support to project team. This person will fully participate in Scrumban ceremonies as a developer and technical specialist. Daily tasks will include analyzing and solving technology and source code to rectify and prevent application issues and implementing and suggesting solutions to problems using the technology and architecture of the systems, and working independently to organize, plan, and develop solutions for user requirements during sprint periods.

    Skills and Requirements

    A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience and technical training.

     

    Minimum 5 years of experience in Angular (Client uses 18)

    Good understanding of Angular core features:

    Dependency Injection

     

    Reactivity

     

    Change Detection

     

    Experience with writing unit tests in Angular

     

    SOLID principles

    Experience with PrimeNg or similar UI component library (nice to have)

    Knowledge about recent Angular features i.e: signals, deferrable views (nice to have)

     

    Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

     

    Good analytical/technical abilities and organizational/conceptual skills.

     

    Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face-to-face time with colleagues and managers.

     

    Solid ability to self-manage own time.

     

    Solid understanding of SCRUM, development, and testing tools like Jira, VersionOne, ADO, ALM, TFS, etc.

     

    Solid verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience appropriate terms.

     

    Solid understanding and exposure to Agile and DevOps development mindset/methodology.

     

    Ability to act as an effective team member. Experience with PrimeNg or similar UI component library

     

    Knowledge about recent Angular features i.e: signals, and deferrable views
