Job Description
The Senior Intune Administrator plays a critical role in managing and securing the organization’s Microsoft Intune environment. This position is responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of endpoint management across all Windows devices. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, strengthen endpoint security, and streamline device performance through proactive administration and advanced troubleshooting.
- Key Responsibilities include:
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint administration.
• Develop and enforce device compliance, conditional access, and security baselines.
• Deploy, manage, and update applications through Intune.
• Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring timely patch management and security updates.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Intune-related issues, including enrollment, configuration, and connectivity challenges.
• Optimize device performance and security using tailored Intune policies and configuration profiles.
• Collaborate closely with IT and Security teams to align endpoint management with organizational objectives.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay current on Microsoft Intune advancements, Windows updates, and emerging security threats.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of IT administration experience, including at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Intune.
- Deep expertise in Windows OS (10/11, Server), Active Directory, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Strong knowledge of Intune MDM/MAM, device enrollment, and compliance policy management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, deployment, and configuration tasks.
- Experience with vulnerability management tools and patch deployment workflows.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills spanning Intune, Windows, and network connectivity.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS) and endpoint protection best practices.
- Microsoft certifications (such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
