    Job Description

    We’re hiring a Senior Design Engineer – Airframe to lead the design of structural components for commercial, military, and uncrewed aircraft. You’ll produce airframe layouts, create and maintain CAD models and drawings, and ensure product structure and BOM integrity. This role involves collaborating across departments, conducting design reviews, and preparing presentations for program updates. Ideal candidates bring expertise in composite and metallic structures, CATIA V5, GD&T, and parametric modeling, along with experience supporting manufacturing and shop-floor liaison.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years' work experience in the aerospace industry

    • Proficiency in CATIA V5, with a focus on Generative Surface Design, Part Design, and Assembly

    • Familiarity with industry standards for aerospace composite components

    • Experience with product data management systems such as Smarteam or Enovia LCA/PDM

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

    • Strong interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering preferred
