    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join their team. This organization is migrating from archer to servicenow and is in beginning phases of said implementation and needing an expert in platform administration and engineering to help lead the charge and identify processes and best practices.

    Responsible for:

    * Platform Administration (not billing, catalog times or flows)

    * Setting up automated pipelines, automated test frameworks

    * Building control gates for Test to production

    * Experience with DevOps Process

    * Experience with UI Builder and or React/Services Portal

    * If having experience with Custom App Building that would be a huge plus

    Skills and Requirements

     

    At least 5+ Years of ServiceNow Platform Experience

     

    Experience with Javascript, React, Service Portal and UI Builder

     

    Experience with DevOps process and Github

     

    Experience with Platform administration, automated pipelines, test framework automation, and building out control gates.

     

    Ability to share recommendations and best practices, comfortable creating processes and rules for an organization accordingly.
