    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and security-cleared Desktop Engineer to support end-user computing operations in a classified environment. This hands-on role involves hardware delivery, laptop imaging, software deployment, and system hardening. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in high-security settings and collaborating across IT and security teams to ensure reliable and compliant desktop support. This person will be imaging systems using SCCM and installing, configuring and troubleshooting on Windows 11 systems. They will perform system hardening and patching in accordance with classified environment protocols. They will develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation. They will manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Active Secret Clearance

     

    3+ years of experience in Desktop Support in a classified environment

     

    Proficient in SCCM for imaging and software deployments

     

    Windows 11 Administration

     

    Experience using a ticketing systems

     

    PowerShell Scripting experience ServiceNow experience

     

    CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ certifications

     

    Bachelors Degree
