    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and security-cleared Database Administrator (DBA) to support a critical Linux upgrade initiative within a classified environment. This role involves patching, hardening, and optimizing database systems to meet stringent security and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments, as well as hands-on experience with MySQL and Linux server administration. This person will build, configure and tune Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases. This person will write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Active Secret Clearance

     

    5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in a classified environment

     

    Experience building and maintaining Oracle and Microsoft Databases

     

    Experience writing advanced SQL Queries

     

    Linux Scripting experience

     

    Experience supporting a Linux Upgrade Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field

     

    Certification including: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Azure Database Administrator, MySQL Database Administrator
