**Electrical and SWR Engineering:** In this role, you will be:

+ Review complex parts to find alternate parts that can be used to continue producing the most advanced technology.

+ Evaluating performance using modern simulation tools and test equipment

+ Support system integration and qualification activities

+ Be part of a team creating new test solutions (HW and Software automation)

+ Collaborating with Engineers across various disciplines (ME, EE, RF, OE, Systems, Operations, and Quality) to support existing designs

+ Supporting transition of new products into production

+ Generate and implement improvements in product and test design and methodologies to reduce cost, increase yield, and improve throughput

+ Provide training and support to technicians and manufacturing personnel as required

+ Mentor peers and more junior engineers in areas of expertise

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

BS and 4 years direct experience designing, testing, deploying and supporting test systems.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Labwindows CVI experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
