Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Representative for a full time, direct hire position based out of the Farmington Hills Michigan office. This Sales Representative will be working for a large, enterprise organization but will be tied to expand their service offerings into a new line of business for the organization. This individual will be responsible new business development in the GSE (Ground Service Equipment) space specifically within the aviation industry. It will be expected for this individual to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate sales agreements, construct and conduct presentations, travel to customers and vendors to build relationships, etc. Ideally, we are seeking someone with a strong sales background and understanding of ground service equipment in the aviation industry, but industry experience is not required to be successful in this role. This is a full-time direct hire position with an annual salary of $80k.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of business-to-business sales experience
o Experience with Ground Support Equipment (GSE) OR selling into distributors
Previous experience using a CRM system
Comfortable traveling to client locations and trade shows (up to 30% of the time) Aviation GSE (ground service equipment) experience
Bilingual in Japanese
Bachelor’s Degree
