    Job Description

    Our client, a multi-location dermatology practice in the greater Denver, CO area, is seeking a highly capable and committed Practice Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role based primarily in Parker, CO, with occasional presence in Littleton (30 minutes away).

    Position Overview:

    We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, accountable, and solution-oriented—a true leader who takes ownership and gets the job done. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations, leading teams, and driving results in a healthcare setting.

    What You'll Do:

    - Lead and support a team of 5 direct reports, with indirect oversight of medical assistants, patient care coordinators, and front desk staff

     

    - Manage HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and employee relations

     

    - Oversee scheduling and clinic operations across both locations

     

    - Ensure priorities and deadlines are met with consistency and professionalism

     

    - Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and problem-solving

    Schedule:

    Monday–Friday, 40-45 hours/week (typically 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm)

    Compensation:

    This client is offering a salary of $110-135k, along with healthcare reimbursement and 401k + match.
