Sodexo** is seeking a passionate leader for a **Food Service Manager 2** to support hospital's located in **Cincinnati, Southeast Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. In this role, you will support food operations and be expected to take on responsibilities across both management and frontline functions.

What You'll Do

+ motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors

+ interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction

+ oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance

+ manage vendor relationships and compliance

+ maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place

+ coordinate department safety and sanitation

+ manage all retail operations including catering for the hospital
