    Position Overview

    As a Customer Experience Lead, you will build working relationships with our Customer's Operational Management to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in relation to our operations, development/ adherence of standard operating procedures, credit management, and issue resolution.

    + On-site company liaison for a single customer

    + Manage the daily relationship between customer and C&S internal operations to ensure customer satisfaction through adherence to the standard operating procedures and quality standard operating procedures, claim compliance, issue resolution, appealed claims, and reporting discrepancies to ensure timely resolution and partnership

    + Work to improve the stores and district level operations satisfaction by identifying issues that directly impact the customer.

    + You will partner with key contacts within C&S operations to determine the scope of the issue, resolution, and then assist in implementation of any procedural changes.

    + Develop working relationships with Customer's Senior Operations Management Team and C&S counterparts to effectively address store/HQ level issues.

    + Assist customer and company to ensure all procedures followed in the field as outlined by each customers credit policy and standard operating procedures as dictated.

    + Ensure that all pertinent feedback gathered during customer visits is communicated to the appropriate contacts and departments.

    + Assist in the resolution of individual store issues that fall outside the normal process and procedures.

    + Visit customers to gather feedback critical in establishing the veracity and impact of issues at store level in order to determine how current C&S procedures adversely affect established customer operations.

    Skills

    + Knowledge of the retail food and distribution industry

    + Must be a motivator and 'people person' with strong presentation/public speaking skills. Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization, with careful consideration of the audience. Good time management. Computer literate; working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

    + 5-7 : In the retail food industry, preferably in store operations or route sales. Previous team management experience a must.
