             Primary Responsibilities + Ensure facility compliance with API, ISO, customer, and internal quality standards. + Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS). + Serve as the Management Representative for internal and external audits. + Manage document control, calibration, and training records. + Oversee third-party inspections, data packages, and releases. + Lead and mentor QA/QC team members to build a culture of quality ownership. + Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Operations on process control and corrective actions. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on scrap reduction, process capability, and cycle time. + Lead root cause analysis using structured methods (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone). + Serve as the primary customer liaison for quality issues and complaint resolution. Job Duties + Conduct internal audits and manage external and customer audit support. + Oversee inspection programs for fiberglass pipe, fittings, and related products. + Maintain and calibrate inspection and test equipment. + Track and communicate key quality metrics (defect rates, FPY, Cpk, CAPA closure). + Support supplier quality management through audits and corrective actions. + Coordinate Management Review activities and ensure timely action item closure. + Participate in segment-level meetings to share best practices. + Support implementation of digital quality tools such as Power BI dashboards and SPC software. Education and Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or related field is required. + A minimum of 3 years of QA/QC experience in fiberglass, composites, or manufacturing is preferred. + Knowledge of ISO 9001 and API 15HR/15LR standards. + Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ASQ-CQE, or ASQ-CQA preferred. + Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab). + Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. + Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection data. + Must be able to lift to 30 lbs. and move between office and production areas.
