Role Overview
**Sodexo** is seeking a **Director, IFM Solution Development** to join our **Corporate Services Solutions** **Team** ! In this role, you will be a key contributor by building strong customer value propositions that meet client needs and outcomes, from planning to development and then execution. Reporting to the Business Solutions VP, this role will focus specifically on new and existing **Integrated Facilities Management** business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management along with Business Development experience in creating solutions for Fortune 1000 companies.
This is a **Remote Role** with approximately 50% travel.
Candidates can reside in any state near a major airport.
The **Director, IFM Solution Development** coordinates a team of SMEs in the development, pricing, and articulation of compelling value propositions to meet new and existing client requirements and secure / retain business. As a resource on the team, you will own areas of high complexity and significant business impact, which require the solution to meet customer requirements and provide profitable return. This individual must build and demonstrate strategic and organizational agility, plus effective negotiation bringing data, insights, and strong interpersonal skills to influence a wide range of decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
+ Develop compelling workplace & technical solutions for new client opportunities as well as current client business growth, account retention and sector business activities
+ Project manage SME teams to create solutions; manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Support development of innovative tailored solutions to achieve customers’ key drivers, a full understanding of the competitor landscape for each opportunity as well as developing winning solution and competitive pricing to ensure margin and risk requirements are met
+ Research into industry trends and movements, so that innovative and leading-edge workplace practices and solutions are provided, helping to provide competitive advantage for the business
+ Work closely with transition and operational leaders to provide contextual guidance for the successful mobilization of all new business using systems and processes, following closely the details of the contract, the scope of work, risk/reward KPI’s, client satisfaction, and the financial drivers

What You Bring
+ 7+ years of responsibility delivering workplace experiences through the delivery of hard, soft and amenity services in manufacturing, life science and technology company environments
+ Knowledge of GxP regulated environments, QMS Policies and GDP adherence.
+ Experience developing service delivery models for clients, including knowledge of how to best leverage self-performance, subcontracting and technology solutions
+ Experience analyzing a variety of operating unit cost structures for management fee and profit and loss models
+ Experience in a client-facing role with proven business acumen. Ability to nurture relationships with current and prospective clients and ability to identify and solution for clients’ needs.
+ Experience managing multiple projects in different points in the project lifecycle, simultaneously
+ Strong leadership, motivational and collaborative skills with high ability to influence without authority across a team of diverse stakeholders (including business leadership, Technical Solution Developers, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations) who are not direct reports and are rarely co-located
+ Ability to accurately translate technical knowledge and requirements into clear and concise communications for a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze and interpret contractual, financial, technical, operational data and commercial terms. Ability to identify how Sodexo’s technical solutions can address the key needs of a client / prospective client
+ Understanding of go-to-market strategy, position in the marketplace, and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' services and products, and the ability to apply this understanding to new business opportunities
+ Understanding of current and emerging technologies, and the practical / potential application of these technologies to current and future operating models
+ Strong presentation skills – the ability to be able to interact with both external and internal customers and effectively communicate thoughts and ideas
+ MBA preferred
+ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification isa plus

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years in developing technical solutions and construction design
