**Schedule:** Full Time
**Shift** : M-F 7:45am-4:30pm

The role you'll contribute:
Responsible for providing training for new and established clinical staff following protocols and adhering to state, federal, and organizational guidelines to ensure quality care and patient safety standards. This position trains new staff in both the home office and the field, which may require out-of-state travel. Additionally, this role is available to work shifts as needed in the centers when not training or assisting the Clinical Excellence Team. In addition, this position actively participates in maintaining respectful relationships with all team members. Must be highly engaged in establishing the organizational culture in new market regions.

+ Conducts new hire and recertification training as a DUA instructor.
+ Maintains education requirements and demonstrates understanding of adult learning principles.
+ Ensures OSHA compliance and follows safety processes.
+ Provides comprehensive patient care during office visits, including intake, test results, screenings, labs, medication administration, and discharge instructions.
+ Assists with new center openings, including setup and multi-state travel as needed.
+ Performs monthly quality control reporting and reviews laboratory quality control and proficiency testing.
The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
+ Technical/Vocational School
+ 1 years of Urgent Care experience
+ MA Certification OR BMO License
+ 1 year of Work Experience
+ Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Preferred qualifications:
+ 4 years of Urgent Care Experience
+ 2 years Supervisory Experience
+ 2 years of Leadership Experience
