Job Summary
Kurt Manufacturing is adding a dedicated Customer Service Representative to our team. This role plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication between the company and our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience responding to customer requests verbally and in writing, will bring a positive, solutions-oriented approach to meeting customer’s needs, will be detail oriented and possess the ability to complete data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm.
Compensation
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $19.50 to $24.50. The exact rate may be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

Essential Functions
• Respond to inbound customer requests - establishing and maintaining positive working relationships through verbal and written customer communication while answering questions or responding to concerns.
• Prepare reports as directed; examples of reports include service log, open work orders, maintenance agreements, warranty work, billings, etc.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of orders to both customers and technicians.
• Create, maintain and update required databases and customer files while ensuring data is accurate and current.
• Complete administrative tasks such as completing and filing required documents, etc.
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of related experience
Preferred:
• 2-year degree or higher
• 6 years of related experience

Employees at our die casting facility can gain experience in multiple areas of manufacturing including aluminum and zinc die casting, CNC machining, automation, and quality control. We have over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space with the capacity and capability to service a diverse set of customers and industries. Kurt Die Casting features 20 CNC machining centers and 15 die casting machines ranging in size from 500 to 1,200 tons. Many of the castings we produce feature challenging designs that require secondary operations such as machining, finishing and assembly.
