    Your Impact

    As a **Production Associate** , you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by moving materials, assembling units, and ensuring product quality. Your work will directly support production goals and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.

    What You’ll Do

    + Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site

    + Use hand and power tools to assemble units according to specifications

    + Inspect sub-assemblies and finished goods for quality

    + Perform general warehouse, picking, and packing duties

    + Replenish materials and maintain equipment

    + Clean production area and maintain a safe work environment

    + Assemble crates and label materials as needed

    + Record daily production activity and follow safety regulations

     

    What You Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + Ability to stand for extended periods

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively

    + Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

    + Strong work ethic and reliability in a team environment

    **Pay Details:** $15.46 per hour
