    Are you a hands-on welder who loves precision and quality? Do sparks flying and steel shaping make your day? PDS Tech is hiring a MIG Welder to join our team in shaping the fire sprinkler industry!

    Work Schedule & Pay:

    + **Temp Assignment:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT possible until 4:30 PM)

    + **Pay Rate:** $ 26.00/hr .

    What You’ll Do:

    + MIG weld carbon outlets onto steel pipes (Carbon Steel & Galvanized) with precision.

    + Handle specialty welding tasks including spools, flanges, and custom pieces.

    + Inspect your work for quality: defects, dimensions, alignment, and seams.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized welding station.

    + Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.

    Must-Haves:

    + Minimum **1 year MIG welding experience** (Flat position preferred).

    + Minimum **1 year machine operation experience** .

    + Ability to read tape measures accurately.

    + Bring your **weld helmet** to the interview for a quick weld test!

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Strong welding skills and quality focus.

    + Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

    + Excellent communication and customer service attitude.

    Education & Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED required (must be listed on resume).

    + Interview required.

    + PPE: Safety shoes and appropriate casual workwear

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
