**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Shipping & Receiving Specialist** to support logistics operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

What You’ll Do

Under the direction of a supervisor, you will:

+ Receive, inventory, issue, and ship materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts.

+ Prepare equipment and engineering items for shipment, including picking, pulling, inspecting, packing, and crating.

+ Confirm and record the receipt of shipments, report damages or discrepancies, and complete shipping and receiving documentation.

+ Manage inter-departmental transport of materials.

+ Implement and maintain record-keeping processes and procedures.

+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

+ Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

+ Experience with ERP systems for receiving and inventory management.

+ Ability to lift and move 25–50 lbs frequently.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

+ Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

Preferred Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 2–4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.

+ Familiarity with industry practices and procedures.

+ Ability to plan and accomplish goals with limited supervision.

Special Considerations:

+ Lifting will exceed 30 lbs and may involve significant repetition.

+ Exposure to machinery, chemicals, and other physical risks is anticipated.

**Pay Details:** $22.75 to $24.34 per hour
