    Required Skills:

    Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with engineering partners to define success criteria, metrics, and the supporting roadmap to achieve the multi-half strategy for the team’s domain and serve as the liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.

    2. Lead the day-to-day execution of information technology (IT) projects and cross-functional infrastructure engineering programs, including internal process improvements, removing roadblocks, and delivery of programs.

    3. Build and maintain partnerships in a highly dynamic matrix organization covering a range of areas, enable collaboration, coordinate dependencies, and drive execution across teams at Meta.

    4. Partner with key infrastructure groups, product teams, data scientists, and analysts to drive technical decisions making and build scalable, performant, efficient and reliable systems.

    5. Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones to your team and partner teams, and track project milestones and deliverables.

    6. Roadmap and communicate program updates, risks, and new opportunities to leaders and stakeholders, identify dependencies, and perform risk/change management on programs.

    7. Drive accountability and ownership in a fast-paced environment through planning project stages, assessing the business implications of each stage, and managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

    8. Travel required: Domestic and international travel up to 25%.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    9. Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or technical program management, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud computing, or related fields

    10. Requires 10 years of experience in the following:

    11. Deliver large-scale, complex programs that involve multiple stakeholders and technical domains

    12. Experience in areas such as data center operations, network infrastructure, or cloud computing

    13. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

    14. Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

    15. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs that scale AI and non-AI capacity

    16. Collaborate with stakeholders across Infrastructure, including engineering, operations, and other TPM teams, to define program scope, goals, and success criteria

    17. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful program delivery

    18. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration, AND

    19. Mentor and coach junior TPMs and team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles

    Public Compensation:

    $255,631/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits
