• Quality Engineer - Fabrications

    Job Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Quality Engineering to support our growing heat shield fabrication business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the shop floor, solving problems in close collaborations with production staff. Specific tasks include:

     

    + First Article Validation

    + Root Cause Analysis

    + Corrective Action

    + Shop floor process improvements and troubleshooting

    + QMS program development and support

    Skills Required

    + Bachelors degree is desirable but may be substituted with successful industry experience.

    + Must have at least 5 years experience in quality

    + Must have a general understanding of welding, preferably resistance welding per AWS D17.2.

    + Must have experience in ISO 9001 environment. AS9100 and Nadcap (Welding) experience desirable

    + Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Spanish/English proficiency is desirable.

    + Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
