Machine Learning Engineer / Python Developer (MLOps & AI Guardrails)

Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer / Python Developer to design, build, and automate ML workflows and safety guardrails for AI systems. You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, MLOps, and applied AI safety, developing scalable solutions that monitor, evaluate, and strengthen the reliability of AI and LLM applications.

What You’ll Do

+ Develop and integrate Python-based ML pipelines for model evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management

+ Implement MLOps practices — CI/CD automation, model deployment, and continuous retraining workflows

+ Build and maintain AI guardrails to detect and mitigate hallucinations, drift, and prompt manipulation

+ Automate testing and validation for LLM workflows and multi-agent AI systems

+ Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps to embed evaluation into production pipelines

+ Use modern tools for model observability, explainability, and governance (e.g., MLflow, SHAP, Weights & Biases)

+ Contribute to frameworks that enable safe, scalable AI adoption across the organization

What We’re Looking For

+ Strong Python development experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face)

+ Proven experience in MLOps — CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, model versioning, and monitoring

+ Experience designing or implementing guardrails, red teaming, or safety validation for LLMs or AI systems

+ Hands-on experience with drift detection, model evaluation, and bias/hallucination mitigation

+ Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)

+ Strong understanding of software engineering principles and automation for ML systems

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Bonus Skills

+ Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other LLM frameworks

+ Knwledge of AI safety testing or compliance frameworks (Responsible AI, model cards, etc.)

+ Contributions to open-source ML or AI safety projects
