We are currently seeking a board certified/board eligible **Emergency Medicine** physician to join our team in **Lebanon** , **PA** .

What you can expect at your practice:

+ Good Samaritan Hospital is a 170-bed facility with a 32 bed ED.

+ Incredible specialty support including cath lab, labor & delivery, NICU, stroke program, etc.

+ Schedule is 10's & 8's; minimal nights

+ Average 2 pts per hour; 144 hours worked every 28 days

+ Work with a team of hospitalist who handle all hospital admissions 24/7

+ Collegial team that consists of physicians and advance practice providers

+ Good Samaritan Hospital has a well-established family medicine residency program

+ Rapid imaging, lab turnaround and 24-hr. anesthesia coverage

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

+ Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or

+ Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

+ Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or

+ Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

+ Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required and

+ Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required and

+ Must be credentialed for all core procedures. Upon Hire Required

+ Certification as an Emergency Medical Commander. Upon Hire Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Clinical skills and knowledge of emergency care, techniques and procedures.

+ Teaching skills.
