In this position...
This role will work directly with the CEO’s Chief of Staff to drive strategic process around internal operational initiatives and will also be a key partner to leadership in driving transformation, efficiency, and reduced waste across the enterprise. This individual will focus on improving processes, integrating new processes and technologies, and enhancing operational efficiency. This leader will work closely with senior leadership’s business and functional offices, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable process improvements, ensure compliance, and implement best practices in the CEO’s Office and across the enterprise. This individual will be a champion of initiatives focused on continuous improvement and removing waste across the organization. This leader will also utilize their internal network to support and drive cross-functional transformation projects, and assist with ELT- and Board-facing tasks.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strategic mindset, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with well-established executive level communication skills.
What you'll do...
+ Lead the development and distribution of briefing materials, agenda planning, and subsequent steps.
+ Liase with Communications leads and supporting functions, including drafting written or verbal communications.
+ Own specific engagement activities including thoughtful design of meaningful sessions, soliciting input and feedback, structuring and scheduling events.
+ Provide thought partnership to the CEO Chief of Staff and other members of the team.
+ Project management support for key business reviews and initiatives.
+ Support dynamic requirements of the office, with ability to flex and react to changing work assignments and priorities across a broad spectrum of business areas.
+ Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and systems, and lead initiatives to streamline operations.
+ Use experience to recommend and implement smarter ways of working, processes, and habits.
+ Leverage creative and administrative talents to accelerate modernization, including the ability to both lead and support key initiatives.
+ Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and lead a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
+ Technology Integration: Partner with the Enterprise Technology organization to drive the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance objective setting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
+ Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies across business offices and functional teams.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leaders, their tems, and other business and functional units to ensure alignment on transformation goals and execution.
+ Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of initiatives, reporting regularly to CEO Chief of Staff.

+ Bachelor’s degree and master’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Excellent organization and planning skills
