What You Will Do:

+ Share technical expertise and mentor a team of System Administrators to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT systems and applications within their assigned area

+ Develop leadership in resource management, interview talent, train team members, onboard new hires, and mentor

+ Oversee administrators whose duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.

+ Develop and monitor policies, standards, processes, and goals

+ Coordinate administrative support for training development, evaluations, operations and sustainment plans

+ Participate in Change Request reviews and Change Management across multiple programs and functional teams

+ Coordinate technical and process document reviews, and resolve system administration, engineering, and integration issues

+ Participate in technical meetings with team members, program personnel, and represent the IT organization in functional area matters.

Qualifications You Must Have:

+ Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.

+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

+ Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Server, WSUS, Server Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), Group Policy, Backup and Recovery.

+ Provide IT systems administration in a Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment.

+ Experience leading technical teams including prioritization of tasks and projects, remediation of time sensitive issues, and escalation as appropriate.

+ Experience interfacing with senior executives and high-level third party stakeholders.

+ Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.

+ Travel Requirements - Travel required to other US Domestic locations as business needs dictate. Up to 10% per year.

+ Full time 100% Onsite position.

Qualifications We Prefer:

+ Experience managing large Storage environments (HPE MSA, NetApp).

+ Experience with Ivanti, Symantec, Splunk, Tenable and Nessus products.

+ Experience working with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF and handling classified information.

+ Experience in the following areas: Patch management, vulnerability remediation, High Performance Computing, operating system upgrades, computer security, system monitoring and logging

+ Storage Area Network (SAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems, and NetApp

+ Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

+ Experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESX and/or other virtual computing methods, and Horizon

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
