Workforce Planning & Analysis Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Workforce Planning & Analysis team for the **Pratt & Whitney** business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic analysis and consulting to senior HR and business leaders, deploy and operationalize self service solutions to the HR community, and establish processes, governance, and partnerships to drive strategic and operational workforce planning for the business.
What You Will Do
Strategic Leadership & Partnerships
+ Support the CHRO and business stakeholders on strategic analysis and requests, including managing emerging requests and consulting on key workforce metrics and actions.
+ Drive operationalization of self-service solutions including dashboards, automations, and AI for the business unit.
+ Establish cross functional partnerships with Finance, Digital, and other functions and translate business strategy and goals into priorities and use cases for the team.
+ Provide thought leadership and input to managing the roadmap and evolution of capabilities and solutions for the Workforce Intelligence COE.
Workforce Planning & Analysis
+ Lead delivery and consulting on key workforce metrics and supporting HR leadership team on integrating insights and solutions with business priorities.
+ Lead workforce planning initiatives, including establishing governance and supporting implementation of new technology.
+ Enable business stakeholders, HR partners, and functional leaders to leverage common forecasting outcomes and operationalize strategic workforce planning across the business.
+ Partner with HR COE’s on developing standardized metrics across various HR programs such as talent, total rewards, listening, and organization health.
Team Leadership:
+ Lead and inspire a team of workforce analytics consultants and analysts, providing technical direction, mentoring, and fostering their growth.
+ Provide clarity, structure, and vision while enabling innovation, execution excellence, and talent development within the team.
+ Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Operational Excellence & Enablement:
+ Manage discovery and demand management of requests and ensure effective prioritization against business goals and ongoing stakeholder reviews.
+ Drive implementation of CORE operating system and establish operational processes and metrics that enable continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Typically requires a University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR and a minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience.
+ Minimum 14 years of experience specifically in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Human Capital Consulting
+ Minimum 5 years of leadership and people management experience.
+ Prior experience in producing strategic workforce analysis, consulting senior leaders, and supporting implementation of workforce strategies.
+ Knowledge and exposure to systems implementation and working with large project teams.
+ Experience with forecasting, workforce planning, and advanced analytics use cases within HR.
+ Prior experience building business cases and measure impact of solutions.
+ Experience with developing and delivering senior leader reviews and storyboards on driving decisions through data.
+ Experience operating and collaborating across multiple levels and managing emerging priorities.

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
