    What you'll do...

     

    + Develop, implement, and optimize compensation and performance management processes.

    + Lead compensation initiatives for field, hourly, and manager population.

    + Ensure compliance with compensation laws, regulations, etc.

    + Analyze financial and performance data to inform business decisions.

    + Educate and advise stakeholders, driving process improvements and supporting audits.

     

    What you'll bring...

     

    + Expertise in compensation, or total rewards strategy.

    + Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and actuarial analysis.

    + In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., audit, compensation law).

    + Proven ability to collaborate across functions and lead process improvements.

    + Experience presenting complex information and driving stakeholder alignment.

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

    Minimum Qualifications...
