    As a Construction Schedule Manager at Micron Technology, you will lead all aspects of scheduling services for large-scale semiconductor FAB construction projects in the U.S.!

    Responsibilities

    + Lead Project Scheduling for Micron’s Global and Regional teams, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of U.S. Greenfield FAB Build and Construction projects.

    + Develop and implement CPM-based scheduling strategies using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6, integrating with platforms like Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

    + Manage and maintain detailed project schedules, including breakthroughs, interdependencies, and resource alignment, while proactively identifying and mitigating schedule risks.

    + Conduct schedule reviews and communicate updates to collaborators across internal departments, EPCM partners, and global/regional teams, providing clear status reports and addressing blocking issues.

    + Collaborate multi-functionally with teams in Facilities, Construction, Procurement, Operations, IT, and Manufacturing to ensure schedule alignment and execution quality.

    + Support in crafting cost and schedule estimates, processes for managing changes, and collaborating with consultants to meet project scope and interested party needs.

    + Provide global program support, contributing to Micron’s Best Known Methods (BKMs), benchmarking practices, and standardization across global sites.

    + Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes, incorporating lessons learned, emerging technologies, and industry trends into Micron’s global standards.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

    + Minimum 8 years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale industrial or semiconductor construction projects.

    + Proficiency in Primavera P6, with strong understanding of CPM scheduling and integration with project management platforms.

    + Demonstrated skill in leading all aspects of multi-functional teams and coordinating intricate timelines across worldwide and local collaborators.

    + Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with experience in risk mitigation and schedule optimization.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with Greenfield FAB or semiconductor facility construction projects.

    + Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and automated scheduling tools.

    + Knowledge of Micron’s internal standards, BKMs, and global construction execution practices.
