Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2026 RMS Supply Chain Intern\.

     

    The successful candidate will assist with analyzing supplier's proposals for reasonableness by evaluating the direct cost elements of material, labor, ODC and profit/fee\. Explore the development of digital solutions to address emerging needs with ingenuity and innovation by leveraging big data and visualization tools\. Execute compliance reviews for supplier proposals to reduce the estimating system audit and financial risk associated with performing cost evaluations on non\-compliant submissions\. Collaborate with the supply base to conduct fact\-finds and develop recommended price positions for single/sole source vendors that exceed the TINA threshold

    Basic Qualifications:

    Pursuing an accredited degree in Business Administration; Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or Data Analytics coursework/degree

     

    Strong Microsoft office skills \(PPT and Excel\)\.

    Desired Skills:

    Effective communication skills \(written and oral\) with ability to present to leadership

     

    Ability to work independently

     

    Strong project management and organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment is a must\.

    **Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
