Supply Chain Intern(Dec-Mar 26)

**Description:** This intern position reports to Enterprise Operations and requires the selected candidate to work with the Supply Chain to manage post\-award purchase order acknowledgements status, sponsor supplier onboardings across different platforms and help maintain critical Supplier relationship management \(SRM\)\.
This position is in a fast\-paced and high\-volume environment\. Daily involvement with multiple suppliers is required\. The selected candidate must be able to work in a team atmosphere, handle multiple tasks with competing priorities, meet critical deadlines and have excellent written and oral communication skills\. To be successful, the individual must be able to develop effective relationships with teammates, buyers, management, supplier contacts and program customers\.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Support the CCRA \(Cybersecurity Compliance Risk Assessment Survey\) and SIE \(Secure Information Exchange\) to ensure supplier’s compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations related to safeguarding of Controlled Unclassified Information \(CUI\)\.
Support Exostar Pre Award Supplier Onboarding and Post Award Supplier Recertifications and profile management\.
Leverage MS Excel/VBA\(Macros\)/MS Access capabilities to consolidate existing data or generate new reports and organize data to drive effective decision making\.
Provide support to efficiency projects within the PO Administration team functional areas\.
Successful resolution of supplier issues based on supplier input, comments, and/or complaints\.
Daily coordination with multiple program representatives, buyers and receiving personnel for resolution of issues and discrepancies\.
Update and maintain records and tracking databases with the most up to date status\. Role requires preparation and presentation of critical item status to EO Central Procurement\.
Requires adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and providing detailed and prompt responses with appropriate solutions\.
Must be able to interface \(verbal and written\) with both internal and external customers including Sr\. Management\. Supplier Manager / Expedite team is remotely located and requires proficient communications long distance\.
Basic Qualifications:
\- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Operations Management or other related field
\- Candidate must reside in Puerto Rico
\- Strong English language communication skills \(verbal, written, reading comprehension\)
\- Solid interpersonal, customer service skills and telephone etiquette
\- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
