Job Title - Medical Unit Receptionist
Schedule - 7p-7a Night Shift Full Time
Department - Pulmonary
Location - Forsyth Medical Center - Winston Salem NC
+ Unit Info: Come join the largest med/surg unit in the hospital. Patient population in this unit includes Covid-19, pneumonia, COPD, pulmonary embolism, influenza, and respiratory failure. The care you will provide and skills you will utilize will include trachs, vents, CPAP/BIPAP, and chest tubes.

As a Medical Unit Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team by managing essential clerical and front-desk responsibilities that help our unit operate smoothly and efficiently. From greeting visitors to coordinating communications, you’ll be a key part of the patient experience.

Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
+ Experience: One year experience in healthcare, preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
+ Additional Skills (preferred): Experience with answering multiple phone lines. Basic computer skills. Excellent customer service behaviors.
