What We Offer

The Supply Chain Data Analyst ensures Novant Health’s supply chain systems are functioning as designed by researching and resolving issues to ensure PO and invoice transmissions, inventory transactions, and data interfaces function without error. Coordinates with Sourcing Manager, Contract Administrators, and SC Project Managers to analyze, compile, correct, and load master data into the ERP, procurement, and vendor systems. Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises data to implement and improve system functionality in collaboration with users, Supply Chain teams, Finance, Account Payable, vendor system owners, Project Managers, and Information Technology. This role also performs functional testing, debugging, and documentation for the Novant Health supply chain ERP and procurement systems.

Qualifications

+ Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Prefer degree in business, supply chain, marketing or IT but will consider other concentrations if applicable to job requirements. Will also consider candidates who have the minimum of 5 years of experience in operational or Supply Chain data analysis.

+ Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operational or Supply Chain data analysis , required.

+ Licensure/Certification: Type (ex NP, RN, CMA), Required/Preferred.

+ Additional skills required: Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with strong initiative and minimal guidance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent written and oral skills.

+ Additional skills preferred: Knowledge of ERP and procurement systems, particularly Infor/Lawson. Experience in systems implementations and supply chain project work. Experience in healthcare and/or supply chain. Microsoft Access knowledge.
