We have an exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance Technician Level II** role based in **Indianapolis, IN (46268)** . This position offers a **competitive pay rate ($33.42/hr)** and the chance to join a high-performing team ensuring reliable plant operations.

If you have experience with **machine troubleshooting, Allen Bradley PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems** —this could be the perfect fit. Training will take place on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Maintenance Technician Level II

**Location:** Indianapolis, IN 46268

**Schedule:** 2nd Shift (9 PM – 6 AM) — Training on 1st Shift (6 AM – 6 PM)

**Pay Rate:** $33.42/hr (2nd Shift) | $32.92/hr (Training Period)

Essential Job Functions:

+ Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plant production systems.

+ Diagnose and repair issues with **Allen Bradley PLCs, frequency drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, servo motors, refrigeration systems (NH3), boiler, and HVAC systems.**

+ Read and interpret **blueprints, electrical drawings, and manuals** to identify and resolve technical issues.

+ Perform routine **preventive maintenance** and maintain detailed service records.

+ Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area while following plant and safety regulations.

Must-Haves:

+ At least **2 years of maintenance or technical experience** in a manufacturing environment or a **technical degree.**

+ Strong **mechanical and electrical aptitude.**

+ Skilled in **troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and use of electrical/mechanical tools.**

+ Ability to work alternative schedules and shifts.

+ Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and documentation procedures.
