    **Description:** The Enterprise Performance \(EP\) Program Management \(PM\) team is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to serve as the Aeronautics EP Model\-Based Enterprise \(MBE\) Project Lead\.

     

    The Enterprise Performance MBE Project Lead is accountable for the delivery, consolidation, and reporting of monthly progress to EP leadership and LM Corporate leadership\. The role will develop the plan and strategy to achieve the successful execution of MBE surveys, Business Intelligence\+ \(BI\+\) surveys, and adoption roadmaps for Aeronautics contracts\. The associated planning will be executed by the Aeronautics Digital Transformation Office \(DTO\)\. The incumbent will partner closely with the DTO, Transformation Business Partners \(TBPs\), and Integrated Product Teams \(IPTs\) to ensure consistent awareness of 1LMX Transformation Capabilities across the enterprise\. The candidate may also be required to partner with DTO and Business Management to support BI\+ survey reviews\.

     

    This candidate will also be the Aeronautics Enterprise Performance representative for the 1LMX Delta Force\. This would focus on the strategic needs of MBE realization to include identifying barriers, solutions, and culture change required for MBE program adoptions\.

     

    The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in project/program management\. They should also be comfortable taking accountability by creatively working through challenges to develop effective and compliant solutions aligning to 1LMX objectives\. To be effective in this role, the desired candidate will require the ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast\-paced environment to effectively communicate and build partnerships across Aeronautics functions, lines of business, and LM business areas to deliver results

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

     

    Program/Project Management experience

     

    Experience generating program plans

     

    Customer oriented and accountable

     

    Experience with program execution

    Desired Skills:

    Data Management

     

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    CAM Experience

    Experience with Artificial Intelligence \(AI\) tools

    Knowledge of 1LMX Transformation Capabilities

    **Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
