Your role and responsibilities
The Employee Central Lead is responsible for leading the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module. This role ensures the core HR system aligns with business processes and global HR strategies, acting as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Employee Central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure and test EC functionalities such as data models, business rules, workflows, and foundation objects.
- Serve as the key liaison between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to global HR standards.
- Provide training and support to HR users and administrators.
- Oversee integrations between EC and other systems (payroll, time, benefits, etc.).
- Manage change requests, system updates, and release management.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports for leadership.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to governance processes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiative.

Required technical and professional expertise

- Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology based Consulting environment. A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Strong understanding of global HR business processes.
- Experience in Role Based Permission, configuration, business rules, workflows, MDF object and customization.
- Experience with data migration, reporting, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
'- Have strong knowledge of HR Business process.
- Good experience in creating and updating Project plan.
- Tracking RAID log.
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
